About the Institute

Ramco Institute of Technology is founded by Shri P.R.Ramasubrahmaneya Rajha, Chairman, Ramco Group in 2013 with a vision to impart high quality engineering education. Under the able guidance of our Chairman Shri P .R. Venketrama Raja, son of Shri P. R. Ramasubrahmaneya Rajha; distinguished professionals, academicians and education experts, we continually aim to revolutionize the learning environment by creating an enviable knowledge pool of engineering and technology graduates who are attuned to the current industry requirements. It is situated in the foothills of Western Ghats, 5 Kms from Rajapalayam Bus stand in Ayyanar Kovil Road. National Board of Accreditation(NBA) has accredited four UG programmes — CSE, EEE, ECE, & MECH . Also, the institution is accredited by National Assessment & Accreditation Council with A+ grade. The College provides a world-class infrastructure and facilities to both our students and staff members. It has a very good learning atmosphere facilitated by high quality teaching by well-qualified and experienced faculty members, e-learning modules with smart classrooms, emulating IIT system of education.

About the Department

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is established in the year 2013 with a vision to develop competent professionals to meet the global challenges in modern engineering society. It offers a 4-year B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering programme with a sanctioned intake of 120 students. The Department has been accredited by NBA.The Department has equipped with Research Laboratories such as NI-LabVIEW Laboratory, AICTE MODROB supported Communication systems Laboratory, Tessolve Semiconductor Laboratory and Technical Incubation Centre to enrich the knowledge of students and faculty. The Department is recognized as Research Centre by Anna University for Ph.D. Programme. The Department has received research grants, from various Government agencies like AICTE, MSME and TNSCST.

  • Objectives of the Conference

    • To bring together experts, researchers, and industry leaders to share cutting-edge research, trends, and developments in the fields of electronics and photonics, particularly those related to smart technologies. To envision and design innovative healthcare solutions that leverage 5G's capabilities
    • To Investigating the practical applications of smart technologies in diverse areas such as communication systems, sensors, imaging, medical devices, and energy-efficient solutions.
    • To discuss innovative smart solutions, including those driven by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), and advanced materials in electronic and photonic devices.

    Submission Guidelines

    1.Use only IEEE standard two column conference paper template.
    (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html)
    2. The maximum length of the paper for review is 6 pages including references. The maximum File Size allowed is 10 MB in PDF format without encryption and/or passwords.
    3. Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view.
    4. Papers having poor quality and/or high similarity index will be rejected (without review).
    5. Certificate will be provided only for first four authors. Additional authors can avail certificate by paying Rs 500/- per author.
    6. All the accepted paper will be published in ISBN Proceedings.
    7. Based on the author's request, the selected paper will be published in Scopus Indexed Journals / Book Chapters on payment of additional charges.
    8. Authors are responsible for corrections and payment of publication charges as per the guidelines of the journal.
